After a three year break it is time to get back on track. Especially my eating habits have to change to the better. I will take it easy on my workout routine. I found out end of January that I am pregnant and since I wasn't working out before my pregnancy I think it is a good idea to take things slow. I just want to move my body without going all crazy. But I can for sure optimize my eating habits. This time it is not about loosing wait but giving my baby the nutrition it needs to grow and be healthy.
So here we go. A fresh start with a totally different motivation. Let's see how it goes. Since my morning sickness is now gone and I can eat everything again, let's make some healthy choices.
